Fantastic dog groomer, Lisa's attention to detail is second to done, she has a charming character, very capable groomer, it was obvious to me, grooming is Lisa's passion, not just a job, highly recommend

Really excellent work on our dogs who she seemed to really like she found the ideal compromise between reducing their long fur for comfort without spoiling their looks

Our Westie absolutely hates her feet being touched... even the vet has to put a muzzle on her when they have to check her feet.... but not Lisa. She is obviously very patient and cares that Chloe gets upset about having her feet groomed and nails clipped... she takes the time to reassure Chloe... so no muzzle required. On top of that the overall groom is excellent... no tram lines etc. and when we turn up to collect Chloe... we find Lisa and her playing.... Chloe is obviously comfortable with Lisa and that is a major concern for us! We would heartily recommend Lisa and as a bonus Chloe smells lovely when she comes home!
