Gotta parking ticket and its the post offices fault ...don't suppose you were parked outside on the dbl yellow ..The staff work the bollox off and can only work with the tools given .....

Visited Cockermouth Post office to collect a parcel. According to the website it should be open. Arrived to find it closed with no explanation. What is going on? Phone calls going unanswered. Disgusted with this place.

Extraordinarily rude staff - a customer behind me ushered me towards another till and the lady behind the counter was absolutely obnoxious as she was moving bags around behind. Was made to feel like dirt (2:08 PM, 28th December 2022, left counter). Huffing and puffing about scanning a return postage QR barcode and in the end I said 'please just try it' and it scanned perfectly. Honestly end up going to other Post Offices just to avoid the staff!

friendly staff, but only usually one on the counter these days and queues were out of the door again today. several of us gave up. I got a parking ticket last week after standing there over 45 minutes. Please get more staff on the counter. It's not fair on them either.
