        Bit of an oddity. Was on holiday and had two nights just outside Cockermouth. On the way home from Green Gable, we popped in for a takeaway to take back to the house. We had to book a slot which was puzzling and had to wait 45 minutes. It seems many restaurants like this one only open from Wednesday to Saturday. May have a day wrong. Screwed if you want to eat out otherwise! Food smelt lovely, look amazing, but lack of cheese and toppings tipped it over to an ok rather than a great for us. It's still worth a visit.
