        My first time using this opticians and I won't be returning. My old opticians closed and sent my records here. Staff very unfriendly, selection of frames very expensive, no help whatsoever. A lot of people are budgeting at the moment and only being shown frames starting at 110 didn't sit well with me, especially when you use varifocal lenses which are expensive themselves. Took my prescription and left.

        Popped in while on holiday to see if they could mend my glasses , they were so friendly and helpful and mended them straight away . Thankyou

        Visiting Cockermouth for New Year & popped into Heals Opticians on the off chance that they might have some frames that I could try on. What a fabulous experience! There was a huge range of frames to choose from & the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Great advice from Stacy as to what frames would suit my face. I have always found choosing glasses impossible in the past - and have worn the same pair for 15+ years! So leaving with a new pair this time was just great! Very happy! Can't thank you enough! Sara
