        Ethically sourced, reasonably priced and brilliantly run. A little gem. My Mum has used this place for years and loves it and I go in regularly for her shopping. Cannot recommend enough. Lots of little bits of local products alongside the refill stuff.

        This is a very good local shop! They have great local honey and good lip balm! The person who runs the shop is very kind and the shop probably has what you need!

        We are so lucky to have Goodness and grain in Cockermouth as many bigger towns are sorely lacking. Holly very knowledgeable and helpful its the only way to go reduce, reuse ,recycle and this business is going a long way to help.Highly recommend this excellent shop . Also constantly adding to the stock ,dont miss it on a visit
