The guys and Andrea at Derwent Mills are just brilliant. I've just had a full service and knew it might sting a bit because of the 2018 car's history (or lack of!) but I trust them implicitly to be honest, ultra helpful, know exactly what they're doing and keep it as reasonable as is practical - especially in this current climate. I've been going there since I moved back up here 7 years ago. Can't speak highly enough of them and their standards of work and excellent customer service and care. Thank you all very much. My family and I have used Derwent Mills for a number of years and they have always provided excellent service. Recently, my car required roadside assistance whilst in Edinburgh. I was able to phone Derwent Mills and they provided the reassurance that they were more than happy to accept my car for emergency repair if my roadside assistance were to recover the vehicle and tow it down to Cockermouth. They were very helpful phoning me to keep me updated when my car arrived and were also able to repair the car, replacing the clutch, in a very short time (despite it being a busy period for them). A reflection of their excellent service was how helpful they were in arranging for me to collect my car because I would not have been back from Edinburgh before they closed for the weekend. I would recommend Derwent Mills for both routine and emergency work.
