        When calling to TRY and get a phone appointment or repeat prescription your subjected to a ridiculously long message service, then you end up in a queue. One minute your number 4 in the queue, next your number 6. And I you are fortunate to be allowed a consultation one particular receptionist has a really bad attitude. She must have looked in the mirror, and didnt like what she saw.
