8th Feb, 2023. I found their number online, with lots of positive reviews. A WhatsApp message sent, he replied within an hour. After sending him the measurements/photos a rough quote was received and an appointment to survey/confirm the price arranged. Ben was punctual and professional. The quote was confirmed and true measurements taken. Today, just a few short weeks later, the new double glazed panel has been fitted. All nice and neat. We then went round to a neighbours who also has a blown panel and worn hinges on another window. Quote given and he will return to do her windows in a few weeks. Excellent!
