Unfortunately, I would have to second the other reviewer on here in terms of professionalism. I have a wedding in 8 weeks in Cockermouth and called Catherine Pyatt to ask if she had any availability. I was told that I had left it far too late and would normally need to book a year in advance. This comment was without any advice as to whether she had availability, more a telling off for leaving things so late! Very few people know their plans a year in advance and I'm pleased to say, having called the next two recommendations on the list, they both have availability!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catherine for boarding and walking. Our high-maintenance and very energetic terrier loves staying with her - he even stops at her door when we're walking past the house and asks to go in, then looks disappointed when we can't. She is totally professional, very careful and your pet really becomes part of the family - even if, like our pup, they like a bit of mischief... "It's a good job he's so cute" was one comment from Cat's daughter as the terrier snuggled in to her for yet another cuddle!

We always leave our springer spaniels with Catherine when ever we can, She also takes care of our incredibly fussy Bengal cat who we think believes she was descended from medieval royalty and treats all members of her court accordingly! She takes all of Tiggys neurosis in her stride and caters for all her whims. Our lovely springers are always happy to see her and it is comforting to know that when we leave them they are happy, relaxed and safe in her hands. When we drop them off for a visit they jump out of the car and settle in with Catherine and her wonderful family as if this is their second home. In times of crisis (and we have had a few moments recently) we always say that Catherine and her family are our fourth emergency service, always helpful and responsive in an emergency. We have now hesitation is recommending Catherine Pyatt Pet Care Services.
