        Just took the Friday night hotly intense yet sublimely chilled class with Rachel the lovely owner. It was perfect! Tempo, the flow, the music, the temperature, the glass doors onto the garden, everything! Cant recommend enough.

        What a beautiful studio, perfect for a peaceful practice. Mele's class was an outstanding mix of Yang and Yin all with considered options for all. A lovely, very knowledgeable teacher in wonderful surroundings. Set me up for Sunday. Thankyou.

        Amazing studio. All of the instructors are fantastic and every class is the perfect combination of stretching and well-being, always appropriate for every level for a safe, strong practice. The studio space is delightful with a view to the terrace which is always looking stunning. I cant recommend highly enough.
