The Tea Terrace Restaurant & Tea Room (Cobham branch)

We were booked into this place and even had confirmation only to get there and found it closed down. Despite phoning many times which never connected and sending an email that was never answered to let them know one of us was vegan as did not give the option at booking. Absolute disgrace especially as we travelled a distance to get to the place. We only experienced negativity and that is without stepping foot in this place. I should have went with my suspicions when couldn't get through and no reply from them.

This place is closed. Although there are no helpful closure notices on site, it has disappeared from the website, most of the contents have been removed and the site is being offered for rent on a new lease.

I booked a table a couple of weeks ago for today. Got a confirmation email and another one 2 days ago reminding me of my booking. Arrived there this afternoon and it has closed down!!! Other people turned up with bookings too. Nobody was notified. Disgraceful service

Turned up today for a booking made before Xmas and found it closed down!! They even emailed two days ago to confirm booking. Cant believe they could not let us know and it was a special treat for my mother in law. Very very disappointing!
