Great place with equipment, teachers are great but not the greatest reception with Donna, often ignored and very dismissive .

What a place!! Top class equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff and air conditioned rooms. I cant ask for anything else.

Caring ownership and fantastic teachers can be found here. I can't say enough about the positive impact they have had for me.

OMG!! what dreadful service. Rather than 'own' the flaws and fix the problems, the owner just denies your existence...I think the term used for this is wilful ignorance. Nothing will improve here with this mindset, it is beset by the same problems my Mum's generation had with this place. Vote with your and avoid this monument to the 80's whose worst enemy is progress. PS All the 'Good Reviews' came in the same day by the same posse a little bit suspicious I think?

Not very friendly, not very helpful, Not at all progressive and not open to feedback from participants. The owner, Donna Pourteymour, would rather deny and blame you for your poor experience , I believe the word here is COMPLAINANT BLAMING rather like VICTIM BLAMING. Typical BOOMER Business model, if you are young and worldly, avoid this place, just see the head ache its causing me in this exchange. AVOID KEEP YOUR SANITY !!
