        Cancelled my antigen test at very short notice which I needed for travel to Ireland. I understand issues arise but not to offer an alternative slot or even the decency to call or email a personalised email show very poor regard for customers. Oh dear

        Wayne is always very helpful and gets my Tablets if he can and he will make an effort to get in touch with the surgery if I need ASAP

        I always receive good service from this branch but today the team went the extra mile to ensure that I had all of my urgent medication. One of the items needed was not in stock so one of the team went round to the nearby Boots to obtain it and ensure that my course of treatment started immediately. Great customer service!
