Always great service at Cobham pharmacy. All my prescriptions are ready on time, quickly and efficiently. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to answer my queries. Would definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend this pharmacy! We as a family have been going for years and cannot fault the service we get every time. We are always treated with a smile and can always any advice given by the pharmacist! Thank you!

This is my local pharmacy and Im so grateful for their excellent service and help, as I know how much pharmacies are struggling at the moment to deal with supply issues, staffing and demand. The head pharmacist, I think her name is Navneet, is truly a blessing -she is incredibly efficient, compassionate, and remembers the names of her regular customers, which makes such a difference as accessing NHS services can be such a daunting and confusing process. Im happy to have this pharmacy as my local, and it makes a big difference to my life to see friendly faces when I pick up prescriptions. They all deserve a raise!

Refused to answer the telephone: I waited 20 minutes on the phone, twice, trying to order my autistic daughter's life saving epileptic medicine. I then made a visit only to find the owner sweeping up and the other assistant sitting there doing nothing! This incensed me and I lost my temper only to be BARRED from the place! They gave lame excuses about the phone being flat and, " Oh, just found it!", followed by, "It's my phone; I do what i like!" .Great costumer care for DISABLED CARERS!! IS MY LIFE NOT HARD ENOUGH ?!!
