Had a free hearing test here yesterday - the sixth I have had with Leightons since 2011 - and wanted to say how very impressed I was. The audiologist was extremely professional and thorough, examining the physical health of my ears as well as perforining comprehensive audio and speech recognition tests. Particularly impressed that they also had all the records of my previous tests despite not having visisted them for four years, and were able to show me how my hearing has changed over the years. I was given the opportunity to try a hearing aid but there was absolutely no pressure to buy one and as my hearing had not changed too much I decided on balance to wait for now, but certianly happy to go back to Leightons should my needs change..

I don't often review anywhere but after the amazing service here this morning I just felt I had to. My day had started badly, but they were so accommodating and welcoming it totally turned my day around. The team were all very knowledgeable and kind. What a great experience.
