N Family Club - Cobham Nursery

We were considering this nursery for my baby boy. At first, they were wonderful. They answered all my questions but after they happily took my money to secure his place on the list for the following year, I received no communication. I emailed 3 times to request an opportunity to visit the nursery but received nothing in return. We have given up now as we are concerned that this could be an indicator of what type of service we would receive if we chose to attend. The facilities look lovely from their website and I appreciate that staff are super busy but this really put me off.

Red Balloon has exceeded my expectations in every way. Every day was a fun day for my child.

Fantastic Nursery! Great staff and my kids loved them. They even waited for me and dropped my kids off at home one night when I was stuck in traffic and couldn't do a pick up.The webcam was brill and made me feel reassured that there was nothing to hide. The trips out sounded great too! Would definitely recommend!
