We have used JML for many years from way back when they had a premises in Addlestone, Surrey. We have got to know both Michelle and Dan on first name terms and also their team who have always been so helpful and made their best efforts to meet our needs. Most recently when we were buying our dream home, I called out of the blue to enquire about the mortgage and Dan took about an hour to actually begin the application process over the phone knowing that time was of the essence to enable us to proceed. Michelle followed up allowing me to visit the office and finalise the application. We have been so impressed with the continued service over the years and trust these guys. I have used JML Financial Associates for a number of years following recommendations from my family. They have helped me in regards to mortgages and life insurance (pre existing medical conditions make my situation complicated), but they made the process so easy and they exceeded my expectations.
