From start to finish, both ladies demonstrated professionalism yet were extremely personable in their approach. I was kept informed and advised accordingly throughout the entire process. Lottie Cassar and the team at Savills Cobham found us new tenants. Lottie was extremely helpful and found no request a bother to deal with. She made things work for us landlords as well as for the tenants. A pleasure to work with.

I have never dealt with Saville's before but it was Lottie who accompanied me throughout my entire journey from seeing the advert to meeting me with the keys of my new home. As a newcomer to renting, she explained the process so clearly to me at each stage, she was always available to speak to and email, and perhaps most importantly, she was incredibly patient with my many questions and hesitations. I don't know how well she represents her colleagues, but I can only offer her my unqualified gratitude, and five very well-deserved stars!
