Just seen a review pop up and thought i'll comment. Always had a good experience and same with others i know. First off this guy below dropped his own mod and blaming the company?? i mean please lol and they still offered to help. i make my own mods and have been buying Rebel mods for years, never had an issue, they are awesome quality. As far i can see these are the customers that whinge and complain at everything in life... They been selling mods for years and still going, says enough really but i cannot recommend them enough! People are moaning about waiting times... you realise these are handmade right? Sheesh calm down

Probably the best mod Ive owned, was bit reluctant to buy after reading reviews and watching YouTube, but Im glad I did , pictures dont do justice its one beauty of a mod been using it non stop without any issues. Just amazing

Had to give 1 star but deserve 0. Ordered a DNA dual battery mod from them and the button broke off within a month of use. Sent back to them for repair and they have had it for nearly 2 months. This was a present from my husband and every time he tries to get in contact with them, he is passed from pillar to post and lied to about the mod being sent back. Will be looking at making a claim at court. After wanting a DNA mod for so long, this is very disappointing and appalling customer service from Rebel. Think twice before giving them your money

I had a mod which I bought some time ago from them and it worked perfectly the time I used this and still do is over 2 and a half years. I then decided to buy another one this year. I paid their per usual high price thinking this would be the same quality. And after a few months the device fell a height of 40 cm to a carpeted floor and the main shell cracked. I raised this issue to them as what they came back with was 1. It cant happen ( and which unfortunately isnt true ) 2. A form where I would need to fill and pay for shipping for a new shell which would cost another over 50. Also the magnet on the door fell off much later. Their explanation was that this is because of hot vape liquid spill (which never happened) and asked me to re glue it back or to send it to them to do. They also went on to say that the device is dark due to liquid spill. So nobodies hands sweat and I suppose everyone should use the mod wearing gloves. I have told many of my friends to purchase from this company as their devices are of higher quality. This may have been true some years ago but unfortunately now that is not the case. On the delivery of the order even the shell the mod came in was broken. To respond to Esauces reply : Its very hard to understand to product quality as there is no real standard that is adhered to. As stated earlier the mod I have bought earlier is perfectly working , and has had falls on the road and never cracked even once. The offer to repair after a few months of using shouldnt be something that is charged for if you stand by your quality product. The offer to help come at a price that is nearly a quarter of what the device is worth. The device that is going on for 2.5 years isnt the one in question. The device that was purchased this year is. What isnt fair is the fact that even after so many emails back and forth, the only resolve is the via paying more money. Following is taken from the discussions via email : From Esauce : Sorry to hear that, the mod colour looks dark, is it possible some liquid went in the magnet? This can erode the glue. Response: Stating that e-liquid would erode the metal plate on the battery door , I would need to soak it in e juice for about 2 weeks lol. And secondly to state that the color change for liquid spill, almost everyones hands sweat. All in all very disappointed.
