        I have just joined the practice and have been so happy at the service I have received. The receptionist was so polite and helpful, and arranged a telephone appointment to suit my work hours. The doctor I spoke to was amazing and took the time to go through all my options with me. So glad Ive moved to this practice!

        Amidst NHS strikes and long waiting times, I was extremely relieved to get a same-day appointment for my 6-year old daughter who presented signs of strep. Dr Palfreman was very accomodating, took her time to listen to us, and gave us a real sense of professionalism. A great experience end to end!
