I had just about given up hope of finding a Waterford vase that was out of stock everywhere. I called to see if more stock was on the way or if I was wasting my time with a discontinued item. They offered to try an track one down for me and by the end of the day had found one, I think the last one out there, with their suppliers and arranged to have it sent directly. I was given a delivery tracking number and kept updated with emails throughout, right up to it being delivered. I cannot recommend this company enough, outstanding service.
