        I went to Sweaty Betty in Cobham today to find some running shorts. Jane and Kim both went above and beyond with trying to find the styles and sizes I asked for and were extremely helpful in making recommendations along the way, with a friendly, positive attitude the whole time. I know what its like having to work a weekend and was very appreciative of their chirpy demeanour. Every store Ive visited has always had helpful staff, which is why I keep going back. Great experience and Im thrilled with my purchases.

        I came in to see if I could get a gift card for items bought for me, for Christmas. I sadly didn't have the receipt as the items were gifts. I've worked in retail and this was standard practice in all the previous shops I worked in. I was told that they couldn't help me with the receipt. I felt as though they thought I was trying to steal from them. The staff were really quite unhelpful.
