Very happy to have resolved a long-standing achilles injury with Karen's help. I was slightly sceptical about shockwave therapy, but just four treatments and the pain has gone completely - it is absolutely WONDERFUL to be able to walk normally again after nearly a year of pain and limping. Karen is lovely - professional, thorough, and extremely skilled. Highly recommended.

Karen and Foot Mechanix came recommended by a member of my running club as I had stopped running due to foot pain which wasn't getting any better. From the starting conversation to the full video analysis on the tread mill my problem was diagnosed and off the shelve orthotics where prescribed (later to be replaced by full custom made ones). I was back running shortly after my visit, and although it was stated it wouldn't happen overnight and with a strict rehabilitation program given I have gradually built up my mileage and I'm now running pain free! I highly recommend Karen and Foot Mechanix especially if you have running related injuries!!

I had excruciating planter heel pain and Karen at FMX presented a course of Shockwave therapy, custom orthotics, footwear advice, and a whole host of post care therapies to continue my treatment at home. I am finally pain free with a smile on my face and able to get back to all my activities. I cannot express how grateful I am for the excellent, professional treatment. The premises was easy to find and access. Very impressive clinical rooms with all the latest up to date equipment, exceptionally clean and well lit. Karen was very knowledgeable about every aspect of my condition; and also kind, and considerate of all my clinical needs during and after treatment. I can't praise FMX enough. Thank you so much. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending FMX to anyone.
