Great price for bespoke helium ballons but just check they spell Birthday correctly. My wife's 50th balloon said 'Brithday'! :)

Amazing balloon as a gift, I ordered over the phone for a collection & they even made a suggestion which made it look perfect! Thank you for the help, I will definitely be returning!

Really disappointed with my experience today - balloons popped immediately as I left! Initially I was really pleased with the balloons and how the personalisation had been done. But as I left the shop with my balloons, 20 seconds later, one of them popped, and subsequently another popped. Really disappointing so went back and they replaced this - it happened again! This time one orbz and one star. So now 3rd time lucky left and an hour after waiting as I got to my car (within a minute), 2 popped again! Having spoken to them and informed them of what happened, they said they could only offer me a refund if I went into the shop and they had to see it physically. They wouldnt accept a photo or offer a refund over the phone. Given I travelled 30 mins to get them Im so disappointed with the whole thing. I spent a lot of money trying to get beautiful decorations for my daughter and they have let me down terribly!
