I recently purchased a property and the experience/service from the company/Patrick Dobson from offer to completion was absolutely fantastic. Communication is excellent and I have nothing but high praise for the agency. Clearly a trustworthy, professional company who in my opinion play it fair and square, which in my experience hasnt always been the way with some estate agencies. The whole team at Curchods Cobham were so supportive, professional, friendly and efficient with the sale of our property. Even when we ran into hiccups with the buyer, they dealt with it all seamlessly. We have just exchanged contracts on our ideal home, Curchods have been excellent all the way through, special thanks to Patrick the manager and Lisa overseeing the progress of the purchase. Fantastic communication from everyone at Curchods throughout the process with nothing being too much trouble.
