I had the most amazing experience with Designer Touches as they upgraded most of our home! We had our entire home wallpapered and furnished and I am beyond impressed with the result. I often found items online and showed them images and they were able to source and match to create my dream home. Im still using them for our lounge right now. I cannot recommend enough! Designer Touches started my project, a large 6 Bedroom house very well and I was very happy with the team, however as time went on many mistakes started to arise, Many times I tried to explain to the team my unhappiness, and even though Designer Touches admitted their mistakes 6 months later they still have not corrected them however they demand I pay the balance before the mistakes are corrected. The Designer Touches team led by Mary have done an outstanding job with two of our properties. The team were responsible for a full interior refurbishment including furnishing the entire house for one of the properties and the addition of soft furnishings for the second and the results on both were spot on and of the highest quality. The interior design process was very detailed and communication from the team around suggestions was very transparent and clear, supplemented by a handbook which had a detailed pricing breakdown for each room. Mary has an excellent team, with a special mention to Paul White, who ensured that the quality of the finish has been brilliant. Family and friends that have seen both properties have all commented on the wonderful results. We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Designer Touches - five stars!
