We rented the doctor rug from them , which upon arrival didnt look very clean, but we still went ahead. When we got home it has leaked in our car, the draw on the machine was disgusting and still had black water inside it.. and dirt everywhere.
We took it back after a couple of hours to show the photos of how it was left and how it just leaks .. and they went from saying they check it each time thoroughly , to TRY and check it each time they only have two machines If you are running a business then it should be checked.
They had the cheek to say we were the ones who brought it back in a state..
Thankfully I took photos of the whole ordeal, from start to finish and doctor Rug have been great.
I will stick to Asda and Tescos from now on, as before each service it is cleaned .
Way more hassle than what it was worth !! Service: Carpet & rug cleaning
