I am currently using EBCS for a large extension and rennovation. Whilst only half way through I've been thoroughly impressed and my builder has been highly complimentary that I thought I would write a review. I decided to go with a private building control, I almost went for an alternative company but in doing dome research, the alternatives did not get great reviews and builder confirmed they had used before and struggled to get on site. EBCS on the other hand have been round frequently, builder contacts directly and a member of the team are on site either same day or next day. Absolutely brilliant. This has enabled us to continue building at key points of construction that required validation before commencing. I highly recommend them and would be my first choice for Building Control services, thank you.
