My car went for a recall. Let me begin with i am really impressed with the service provided by Henry Tanor, he helped with the check in and kept me informed all the way,3 cheers for him. Sadly the same cant be said about Berry Cobham Bmw in general, there are 3 things i am going to mention, i have proof for 2 but not the last one.when i was handed the keys back i noticed the clubcard missing from the keys ,when i sat in the car noticed the dash cam was facing backward, kept on thinking why would they do that for ??not that we could see if the recall work is done as the bonnet would have been open and it wouldn't have captured anything in first place. Came home parked car next day say a dent in front bumper right side with the foglight pushed backward. Now i know why the dash cam was turned around.
