I came to Optima health after trying a couple of other practitioners locally and finding my tension was still there post massage. From the moment I met Michelle, she immediately put me at ease, taking time to find out what I wanted from the sessions. I was keen to try reflexology as well as massage so was grateful when she suggested splitting the session so I could have both. I have to say, both the massage and reflexology were fantastic. I like a firm massage and this just the right amount of pressure. I should also mention that I saw Michelle regularly during the later half of my pregnancy. I was booked by the hospital to be induced a few days prior to my due date. Hoping to go into labour naturally, I booked an hours reflexology with Michelle where she worked on the relevant zone on each foot. Lo and behold I went into labour naturally 48 hours later. I do think this was down to Michelles skills as a therapist. I couldnt recommend Michelle more highly, whether you are looking for reflexology for a specific issue, a therapeutic massage or both.

I've been doing reflexology with Michelle Hillman for the past few months. She was absolutely fantastic, not only did I love the reflexology she did which made me feel so much less stressed but she was incredibly supportive and lovely and I always came away feeling so much more positive. I would wholeheartedly recommend her, she's the best!

Michelle is a truly gifted and professional practitioner. She has the sensitivity to know exactly the right touch and pressure to use in reflexology, and has the ability to make you drift into another world as you feel so deeply relaxed. I felt so clear-headed after my treatment and my energy was amazing!

I have worked with Optima Health for almost seven years and continue to be amazed by the level of exceptional client service this practice offers. Hands down, Michelle is the most outstanding reflexologist I have ever encountered and have come to rely upon her 'healing'. I have recently begun working with Jacqui Lee for a sports massage and once again.....outstanding. Thank you Michelle! Thank you Jacqui! Thank you Optima!
