I suffered for years with my shoulder and had several hospital visits to no avail. After just one session with Chris who diagnosed the problem almost instantly and doing the exercises he gave me after our first session I've gone back to having the pain free mobility I haven't had for 9 years and the doctors failed to ever give me. This young man has changed my life and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone. Also after trying other treatment centres and clinics his prices are some of the fairest out there.

At a time when I was getting pain and doubting that I could start the 2017 London Marathon, Chris was able to get me to the starting line. He gave me the right treatment and exercises, but more than that he was an inspiration and put me in the right frame of mind. And yes, I did start and finish London injury free and looking forward to more of the same with confidence. Thanks again Chris and I recommend your expertise to anyone that needs it.

Well lucky me won a competition to see Chris for some free sessions and I'm so glad I did. In fact, he's so good I feel guilty I'm getting it all free. I went to Chris with a classic running injury, shin splints (Chris knows the technical term!). Chris has given me some great advice and very useful exercises to do in order to strengthen other parts of my body to help me when I start running again to ensure that I don't suffer with shin splints again. He is extremely thorough in his diagnosis, asking a multitude of essential questions and taking copious notes. When I went for a second visit Chris remembered everything we had discussed before, this made me feel like my treatment was totally personalised, not generic. I would 100% recommend Chris, he is a genuinely nice guy with lots of knowledge and experience, he explains everything in layman's terms to ensure a level of understanding for his clients and is never in a rush if you have questions. Although I won his competition I do not feel obliged in any way to give this positive review, everything I have expressed is genuinely how I feel about Chris and the service he provides. I would gladly pay to see him again in the future if I needed to.
