        Amazing yoga class at The Konasana Dome yesterday. I suffer with lower back pain so joined the Beginners Yoga & Backcare class. I came out feeling energised but also deeply relaxed. Many thanks Alex, I'll definitely be coming on a weekly basis from now on.
