Can the owners of this restaurant please support your staff more by having more staff working at a time? They need twice as many staff as are rostered on. Despite being heavily understaffed, the staff work super hard and still doing it with a smile on their face. Each visit weve waited a long time to be seated, served and fed, and there were so many finished meals still on tables because the staff are too busy to cope. This restaurant has all the ingredients to be 5/5 - delicious food, beautiful building and setting, well stocked bar, music, friendly and caring staff, good number of parking spaces, and great vibe overall - just hire more staff.

Unacceptable management attitude and ignorance. After confirming this pub is accepting burger and the drink wouchers on the phone, pub staff refused to accept it at the arrival. No valid reason given as pub not excluded from this offer. Unacceptable and pathetic behaviour. On top of that first thing they mentioned that kitchen is closed cause there are jams on m25 and they cant pay staff overtime. Total disgrace, be aware.

Food was delicious, experience somewhat worsened by the long wait time for our mains to be delivered. We didn't complain as they were clearly understaffed and when we went to pay the service charge was removed from the bill without us asking. Highly recommend the fish and chips!.
