Our client had an infestation of bed bugs in their property. The bugs had been in the property for several months and the infestation became imbedded. We needed the bedbugs exterminated before we would enter the property. Thermal Pest Control were very accommodating by agreeing to carry out the heat treatment on a Sunday. The pest controllers carrying out the heat treatment seemed very experienced and were both helpful in answering questions and friendly. The extermination not only killed all the bedbugs but also other bugs as well. There was a problem with carpet moths in several rooms prior to the treatment being carried out, which were also eradicated thanks to the heat treatment.
