The day after collection our joiner started to fit it and pointed out it was warped. When I took this up with Challenge they pointed out all their terms and conditions - advised on collection not on ordering. They clearly have encountered complaints before because they knew all the answers. Regrettably our joiner had shaved a few millimetres off the bottom at one side as the wall had not been built square - in other words I had absolutely no comeback. They did put it in a press for me but to no avail. So, 246 for a gate that was not straight from day 1. Not recommended.
