Useless charging station. Rarely work. Awful and moody support will tell you it will take days to get anything working and to ignore the signs on the machine that promise dual charging. Straight garbage.

Had to wait 10 minutes for the last CCS. Otherwise no problem. A bit slow: 35 kw

We used a type 2 charger, we had to wait for the other vehicle that was using CCS to finish, about (40 mins) before we could use the type 2, although the charger states dual charger. Once we finally got charging it was slow, we can charge at 22kw but for some reason it was way less there was no other cars connected, we called it quits after about 1hr 30 mins, i think we got about 11kwh , not ideal, fortunately we only needed another 30 miles on top of our 1/4 charge to get home, thankfully our house plugs may be slow but at least they are reliable.
