        As nowadays you need toque up for charging it is getting difficult. However, when I plug the charge, I got my quick charging.

        Charging speed below expectations. Ionity advertises as 350 kWh, however got only 83 kWh max instead of average 200 kWh (20 -80 %). Something wrong, perhaps because 1 charger out of order. Only 2 stars as no queuing system either so people pushing in, in front of people already waiting.

        NOT ENOUGH CHARGERS! This is one of the busiest motorway services in the UK and it needs more than 6 chargers. I went at lunchtime on a Wednesday not during summer holidays and all stalls were taken with another 6 vehicles waiting around the chargers. I know it's not just down to Ionity but the infrastructure needs improvement
