I was served early evening today by Andras and Joe who were very helpful at the store. I tried to buy a meal deal, but I picked the wrong sandwich which was not included, Andras directed me to the meal deal mains and kindly suggested a sandwich that I liked. Thanks Andras for the recommendation. You cant go wrong with a BLT truth.

I took the wife and kids up to Butlin's for a family day-out the other day and we stopped off at M&S to cool-down before we continued our voyage. Usually the staff at these places are cold and unwelcoming, but this time was different. This time a young gentleman, who introduced himself as Joe Guanyu, made it his mission to ensure that we all had a smooth shopping experience. My day job involves driving trucks up and down the motorway, so I am sure that my truck driving partner, Sam Hughes, and I will be visiting this branch on a frequent basis.

Pleasant shop, service was slow but some tills were broken in all fairness, new trainees efforts were commendable in the circumstances, I think his name was Joe r4. Saved the experience for me.
