Abstract Plans

We have had an excellent experience with Abstract Plans so far. Planning application for an extension prepared and looked after by them went smoothly and was approved by the Council. Building regulation package, with materials specification and structural calculations, was also prepared quickly and professionally. Actual building work is yet to be started. But for now, thank you Abstract Plans!

I contacted Abstract Plans to submit a planning application for the replacement of a roof on my grade 2 listed cottage. Abstract Plans undertook the survey, submitted the plans and notified me when the planning permission was received. Really straight forward process, prompt response to all enquiries and knowledgeable about the planning process. I can recommend Abstract Plans.

I can't recommend Abstract Plans enough. They are very competitively priced and James made the whole process run like clockwork. After a visit by James, we had the plans for our single storey extension emailed to us within a couple of days. There were a couple of minor changes to window dimensions that we needed to make (our fault) which James just took as an instruction over the phone. The very next day Abstract Plans had submitted our plans to our local council planning department. I'd urge anybody that requires architectural plans to be drawn up to contact Abstract Plans.

I would highly recommend Abstract Plans. Ray fully supported us with our last extension and renovation which included full plans and party wall agreements with the neighbour. Mark ensured communication throughout. I found them to be extremely professional.
