No accurate opening times, just open and close when they want. Shockingly unreliable service.

Went to local collection office for a parcel that hadn't been delivered, guy in office couldn't care at all now inconvenienced and have to go and collect it tomorrow and they are moaning about the cost of living, what about customers having to revisit and use more fuel, no sympathy from me or those that can't get to a sorting office, I have to go to work and wait up after a night shift to go and get this, I want recompense for the this and be refunded the cost of fuel for having to make the trip, worst service ever, no wonder people are turning to the Internet to send emails as letters get lost as well, seen on Facebook news a sorting office with thousands of people's parcels stuck out side in the bad weather getting damaged is the post office going to compensate them for them items as now those that were intended to receive gifts at Christmas won't get them as they'll be too waterlogged to give them, the most appalling thing I've ever seen
