        Very pleasant , didn't wait too long , asked for information on new tablets and lady printed one off , same lady was kind and caring, interested in how I was ...no ones asked me that for so long apart from few immediate family and its not easy . I'm so pleased I spoke to her she went up and beyond...Thank you x
