        My wife and I called in this morning with prescription in my hand. We looked at the many frames on offer, and i went to ask a member of staff a question, there were 3 members of staff in deep conversation I waited till one noticed me and answered my query. My wife and I picked 2 pairs of spectacles each and went to the desk. The 3 members of staff were still in deep conversation, other people came in and stood behind us. We waited a few minutes but nobody took no notice, so we put the frames back and walked out.

        Very rude and unwelcoming staff. This isnt the first time either. It happened when I came with my wife and again with my daughter. This time we went elsewhere! Do not recommend.
