Really poor customer service they blame the manufacturer for sending the wrong amount of goods and colour then sit back and do nothing. How there procurement is your issue dumbfounds me when they have no support other than to do nothing. Maybe have been good sometime ago but no longer.

I have bought geo panels for my bathroom and my wet room. I was very impressed with the product. Unfortunately there were some damages on two of the panels on top of the delivery was short by a panel. I always expect top services from anyone I deal with. Customer services has to be at its highest. What was testament to the team at rubberduct even after going back to them a later with the expectations on a conclusive resolution. I was not disappointed. Hats off to the team. They were resilient and determined to resolve the problem I had to hand. I am very Impressed with their level of service. Second to none. It was reassuring from a customers prospective to be reassured that there are companies out there who take ownership and go the mileage should it be necessary. Thank you guys. I wish you all the success and I look forward to using your services again.

Exploding Shower Glass - be wary! I purchased a shower enclosure -among lots of other stuff from this company in 2018. One evening in the summer 2022 after returning from holiday (shower not used for two weeks), the shower glass screen exploded and collapsed in a heap waking the whole house in the middle of the night. Even after all this time this should not happen - ever! There is an obvious design fault! It was only luck that nobody was in the shower at the time. Rubberduck were sympathetic but refused to supply another shower enclosure even after I explained I would have to cover the plumber's costs for labour to replace the enclosure of several hundred pounds. We were lucky that one of us or the kids weren't hurt I suppose but very disappointed with Rubberduck's response in light of the potential consequences especially as I spent a lot of money - 9,000 on bathroom equipment with them, so very disappointed with this company. In response to your reply below. The reason we waited until now is because in your latest response to me you said you would appeal to the manufacturer again and revert back to me. I have been waiting since. Also the manufacturers are not exactly impartial in their determination for obvious reasons - so why should we believe what they say??
