The Regent Cinema

Our first visit to The new regent cinema. Gorgeous! Really impressed with the whole place. Sound system is amazing! Very friendly staff. Even bought the years membership as I will certainly be using this a lot this year. Much cheaper than other cinema chains. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

I recently booked for myself and 5 children to go to the Regent Cinema in Redcar. It was 13 a head for the children and they got a movie, popcorn, drink and a meal afterwards which is a bargain. When we arrived there was a mixup with what it was I booked meaning I was over charged by 30. When the manager realised the mistake he was immediately apologetic and offered me either a refund and the correct amount of whatever I wanted up to the value of the difference. I came away with loads of sweets and drinks for the kids I would if paid for anyway. We were shown to our seats and when the movie was finished the manager showed us to our seats in the bar/restaurant and made sure the children didn't have to wait for their meal. He was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience extra special for the children who loved it. Definitely going to go again.
