We are really pleased with the service received from Jeff & his staff. The choice of flooring in store is excellent Jeff himself called to measure our rooms from ordering to completion we were kept informed of what/when each part of the job would be happening, we paid an initial agreed deposit which was easily completed by BACS the fitters were very good they checked & discussed with us which is good when work being carried out in your home. It is the first time we have used this company although we were recommended by friends we would certainly recommend them to anybody considering new flooring if you want a professional job & one that you can rely upon with excellent customer service. We experienced first class customer service from this company! Ours was a relatively small job made more complicated by the fact that the flooring required had been discontinued by Karndean! Having trawled the internet to no avail we received a call from the company to say they had found enough tiles for our purposes in their warehouse and that any left over we could keep in case further replacements were required at a later date!! Subsequently our fitter arrived at the appointed time and did a splendid job!! We cannot recommend this company highly enough so five stars will have to suffice!!
