Amazing staff and so helpful in sorting anything you need help with from buying a new phone / broadband/ email retrieval and much more. HAD TO LEAVE REVIEW FROM PARTNERS ACCOUNT AS I ALREADY LEFT REVIEW 5 MONTHS AGO. THREE STILL NOT SORTED THE PROBLEM Do not get a contract with three, I took 2 buisness contracts out in store got home to be told they where missold at the wrong price and they wanted an extra 40 per month to cover there mistake or I could hand the contracts. Handed the phones and the sims back the next day got my deposit refunded had constant letters of them saying i owe them 1200 then when I phone up they say its a mistake on the system and I owe them nothing 5 months later I now have debt collectors sending letters to me saying they are collecting 1200 on behalf of three I have 7 days to pay. Been on to three and instore and they are in no rush to sort it and 2 weeks after the bailiffs letters three still have not sorted it and told them I don't owe any money. Avoid three at all costs.
