If I could give no stars I would! We had 3 kids in the house we rented off them. Boiler broke several times in winter, contact the repairs and they said get a fan to heat the house! Mould all over due to their negligence! First this was from the roof, then from needing new windows, then condensation, but not one person came into the house until I contacted environmental health! They fitted the house with a PIV in the middles of winter and told us this was ran off a battery pack, until we got in the loft and seen we were paying for the removal of the mould! House was freezing cold and made my children ill. They did not care one bit as long as the rent was being paid each month! Jennie would say what she needs to then put the phone down! Jack, need to get more training as he hasnt got a clue, all they could say was weve spoken to our legal team cause they knew they were in the wrong! They then take our bond and say this is due to a dirty oven, which was disgusting when we moved in! Black all around the bath and marks already on cream walls. Told me to buy a wardrobe they couldnt get out, and because I couldnt get it out, Ive been billed for it! The whole company is an utter joke and I would avoid as far as I could! I will also upload the pictures of the mould that they left a family in! A young boy with asthma, pregnant lady and someone with type 1 diabetes all made worse due to the mould they left! The company should not be allowed to deal with people and need more checks! Were nice as our when they wanted my money! They took pictures on the check out that were not in the check in report, so they can screw you over! Absolute disgrace if a company!

A wonderful story has come to end ...... 13 years ago I purchased an investment property (Parker Stag assisted) and put it on the rental market (managed by Parker Stag). I only had one or two weeks in the whole period where the house was vacant (as a result of Parker Stag management). I decided that it was time to sell and yes, I used Parker Stag and had a seamless and efficient experience!
