I was a patient before it became part of South Grange Medical Practice and it was a good surgery then. Dr Sutcliffe, and her husband, were both excellent GPs.
Now Lagan surgery ignore consultant instructions, won't book appointments in advance and are generally unaccommodating to disabled people.
I can't count the number of times they have decided to ignore a request from one of my hospital consultants and it has detrimentally affected my health, both mentally and physically.
I really wish that GP surgeries in this area provided better services and that we had more options, but unfortunately they don't.
