***I WAS a regular customer and live locally. The owner's sarcastic response supports my one star review***Two staff, no customers but had to ask to be served. The man carried on gossiping with his mates. The woman told me to wait while she filled a shelf. I should have walked out then but didn't anticipate I'd be waiting a further 10 mins for two drinks! It was like watching a slow motion picture in slow motion. They even tried charging me an extra 2 to add insult to injury. I won't be going back even for entertainment purposes. Owner take note, your staff are lackluster, impolite, and can't add up.

We ordered from here like usual, this time they forgot one of the milkshakes - rang them up, within about 10 minutes had one at my door as well as a little pick and mix as an apology - can never go wrong with this place always delicious and their milkshakes are to die for
