Found everything I needed and used my vouchers which I had for using my club card. Win win.

Appalling service from Tesco, placed a click and collect order, received confirmation and time and date for collection on chosen day. Had no emails or texts about any problems waited at parking bay 40 mins before going into store and being told services down and had been for a week or so. I was told I would have received email but told them I didn't receive any email. Checked emails on phone and nothing about order being cancelled just a confirmation email f order placed. Rang customer services and was told problems only started last 24 hours so the Assistant was obviously lying which just annoyed me more as just be honest instead of making up lies. Would rather have had an apology and the truth.
